Every piece you see here is patiently and lovingly handcrafted in my studio. Small imperfections, differences in shape, size and color can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product.
Each piece is truly a one-of-a-kind creation and not mass produced or manufactured. All pieces are done by hand and are subject to slight variations, imperfections and possibly a bubble or two. Thank you for understanding that handcrafted goods are never “perfect” in the way assembly-line products are.
These ‘flaws” are not flaws but rather what makes each piece unique and beautiful. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product or its ability for the use intended.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR RESIN PRODUCT

Theses items are not dishwasher safe.

Avoid harsh chemicals, oils and rubbing alcohol.

Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight or extreme heat.

If your item has softened due to heat, store it in a cold space until it hardens again.

If it bends and uneven during transportation use a hair dryer to warm and lay on a flat surface to harden.

Hand wash only with dish soap and dry with a soft cloth, do not scrub or soak in water. Item could scratch.

Food safe resin is used, however, it is best to use a napkin when using as a serving tray.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SUBLIMATION PRODUCT

Tumblers, Coasters, Coffee Mugs, Wine Tumblers - Hand wash and dry.

T-Shirts - Machine wash inside out on delicate.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, however, total curing time on custom orders is 30 days.. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. All shipments are based on weight or a minimum of $7.00 for 1-3 lbs.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Phase creations ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Domestic P.O. Boxes, we ship to physical address only.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Phase Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. If needed, please email to make arrangement for shipping internationally.

RETURNS
How It Works
We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to initiate a return. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any emails sent by this Phase Creations will only be in connection with orders placed by the buyer or a company representative, and occasional promotional notices regarding sales or other special events. If you receive a promotional notice and you would like to be removed from those mailings, simply reply to the e-mails to have your address removed from the mailings.
